addition, if Just Trademarks is required to comply with a valid legal
requirement such as law, federal regulation, search warrant, subpoena or
court order, we may be required to release personal information.
You should also be aware once your trademark application is filed, the
information you provided us for the purpose of filing the application at
the United States Patent and Trademark Office is subject to the Privacy
Act of 1974. The USPTO is responsible for establishing and enforcing its
own rules for maintaining the information you provide on your
application. Most, if not all, of the information you submit on your
application is considered public information.
Computer Tracking. Just Trademarks’ computer system is not
designed to track, collect or distribute personal information about
visitors to our site. We do not store any financial information such as
credit card account numbers. However, we do compile statistics to track,
for instance, the daily number of visitors to our site, what pages are
visited most frequently and what states or countries those visitors come
from. These statistics contain no personal information and cannot be
used to gather such information. We simple use the statistics to improve
our site and the services we provide.

special offers via e-mail or snail mail. If you would rather not receive
