Just Trademarks respects your privacy. We have a simple NO-spam policy. You will not receive any email communication from us unless you sign up for one of our services. We will never sell any personal information regarding our customers to anyone else for any purpose.


Privacy & Confidentiality.

In order to provide you with service and process your order, we will need certain standard information including your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and telephone number and information about your trademark and your use of the trademark.

This private information is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by Just Trademarks’ staff for the purposes for which you provide the information. We will not sell or otherwise divulge any personal information you provide us to anyone else. However, Just Trademarks does reserve the right to transfer or disclose customer information as part of the sale of all or part of or business. In addition, if Just Trademarks is required to comply with a valid legal requirement such as law, federal regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order, we may be required to release personal information.

You should also be aware once your trademark application is filed, the information you provided us for the purpose of filing the application at the United States Patent and Trademark Office is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. The USPTO is responsible for establishing and enforcing its own rules for maintaining the information you provide on your application. Most, if not all, of the information you submit on your application is considered public information.


Computer Tracking.

Just Trademarks’ computer system is not designed to track, collect or distribute personal information about visitors to our site. We do not store any financial information such as credit card account numbers. However, we do compile statistics to track, for instance, the daily number of visitors to our site, what pages are visited most frequently and what states or countries those visitors come from. These statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. We simple use the statistics to improve our site and the services we provide.

We may occasionally notify you of new services and special offers via e-mail or snail mail. If you would rather not receive any updates from us, please send a request to be removed from our update list to: support@justtrademarks.com
